Simply the best, if I could only take 1 professor for the rest of my life it would be him. You complete the lab, leave, and are given no guidance. Try to go to office hours and ask questions. His quizzes were not clear and he tricks you, his choices are 1) all of the above 2) none of the above 3) an answer with exact quotes from the reading (but it's the wrong answer) 4) an answer that isn't explicitly clear. Overall he is super nice in delivering calculus topics and knowledge. Lacks accommodation for students who don't fit his very myopic expectation of prepared. Theres basically no avoiding him for this class, but try to brush up on all your physiology even if its not covered in your discussion. HIs accent is a little strong and can at times be taken as talking down to you. I never had a teacher as incompetent at grading as he is. Taking Endocrinology can be difficult but it's doable so long as you study consistently starting week one. He is funny, witty, and explains his material very well. This class provides a phenomenal overview of world history. A lot of reading but the majority is interesting and worthwhile. Dr. Denicol is super kind and funny, she always took the time to answer questions and go over things again, and her exams were pretty fair.
